Über die Arbeit/ Zur Person
My paintings and graphic works are about vulnerability of buildings which are demolished or destroyed. The interaction between forces of nature and what human beings construct.
My work shows the power of nature, which overgrows any decay and my topic is destructions as well as the arising of new life in nature.
Men uses nature to help him in his creative work but gradually nature takes back what men has taken from the nature.
This continuous process of overgrowth and re -emerge fascinates me and forms the substantive basis of my work.
